JAMSHEDPUR – A violent clash in the city led to a youth’s death, triggering protests by his family at the hospital.

The incident occurred in the Jamshedpur area under Sitaramdera police limits. It began over dominance and alleged harassment during Ram Navami.

However, the dispute escalated into a violent confrontation on March 31. Two groups reportedly engaged in firing and sharp weapon attacks.

Meanwhile, the injured youth, identified as Sunny Pushti, was hospitalized. He later died during treatment at TMH on Thursday.

Moreover, he had sustained a gunshot injury to one eye. He also suffered deep cuts on his head and arm.

On the other hand, another युवक named Nandu Lohar was also injured. He was later discharged after receiving treatment.

Meanwhile, police reached the scene soon after the incident. Officers recovered two pellets and two empty cartridges.

Moreover, authorities launched an investigation into the मामले. Four accused have already been arrested.

However, raids are ongoing to capture the remaining suspects. Police said efforts are continuing without interruption.
