Authorities are appealing to both the Akhara Committee and the local communities to cooperate to ensure joyful celebrations with sensitivity towards people of all faiths.
Senior Constable Superintendent Kishore Kaushal stressed the importance of a large-scale peaceful immersion procession for the Ram Navami celebrations.
The administration has been visiting sensitive areas, including Munshi Mohalla and Telco Khadangjhar Muslim colony along Dimna Road, to communicate directly with community members.
Officials, including the Deputy Development Commissioner and SDO, have been met with positive responses from local Peace Committees.
