Kadma resident Ravindra Bag undergoes five surgeries due to alleged medical negligence; family seeks justice.
A Kadma resident’s family has approached the SSP office in Jamshedpur, alleging that a doctor’s mistake during surgery has left their loved one fighting for his life.
JAMSHEDPUR – The family of Ravindra Bag, a resident of Kadma, has accused 2 doctors of a nursing home in Circuit House area of gross medical negligence that has left Bag in a critical condition.
Bag was initially admitted to a nursing home in Circuit House for a routine procedure to remove kidney stones.
However, during the surgery, the doctor reportedly made a grave error by cutting Bag’s intestine, severely worsening his condition.
Instead of the planned single operation, Bag was forced to undergo five surgeries due to complications.
The family claims that when they confronted the doctor about the mistake, they were threatened with legal action and the possibility of being jailed.
Fearing for their safety and seeking justice, the family has now taken their case to the SSP office in Jamshedpur, hoping for a thorough investigation and accountability.
A relative of the patient said, "What was supposed to be a routine surgery has turned into a nightmare. We are living in fear after the doctor’s threats, but we will not rest until justice is served."
This incident has raised concerns about medical practices in the area, with the affected family demanding strict action against those responsible.
