108 Boys Compete for Regional Spots in Three Age Categories

Top performers to represent Jamshedpur zone at CISCE Regionals in Patna.

JAMSHEDPUR – The 5th CISCE Zonal Chess Tournament 2024 (Selection Trials) commenced today at Ramakrishna Mission English School (RKMES), Bistupur, featuring 108 young chess players across three age categories.

"This tournament showcases the depth of chess talent in our region," remarked K. Rajani, Principal of RKMES Bistupur.

1. Adhiraj Mitra (Loyola School)

Under 17:

1. Souryadipta Sarkar (DBMS)

1. Kumar Sankalp (Tagore Academy)

2. Naman Agarwal (Loyola School)
