Carmel Junior College Hosts CISCE Zonal Yoga Championship

Adribhu De and Saurabh Pramanik shine in the two-day yoga event.

The two-day CISCE Zonal Yoga Championship organized by Carmel Junior College, Sonari, concluded on Saturday with several events in the boys’ category.

JAMSHEDPUR – The two-day CISCE Zonal Yoga Championship organized by Carmel Junior College, Sonari, concluded on Saturday with several events in the boys’ category.

In the Under-19 boys’ athletic yoga event, Adribhu De from LFS emerged as the winner, followed by Shahdev from Narbheram in second place, Rahul Kumar in third, Tejprapap in fourth, and Saurabh Pramanik in fifth.

Adribhu De also secured first place in the artistic yoga category.

In the rhythmic yoga event, Saurabh Pramanik emerged as the champion.

Participants and Guests

The event saw the participation of 75 contestants from 22 schools.

The school’s principal, Sister Saral AC, along with sports teachers Pradeep Mukherjee, Neeraj, and Shammi, were present at the occasion.
