TSAF’s commitment to grassroots talent cultivation shines with remarkable achievements at the Kolkata Open Sport Climbing Championship, highlighting its focus on nurturing young climbers.

JAMSHEDPUR – The TSAF Sport Climbing Academy has reaffirmed its dedication to developing a robust sporting culture.

This approach aligns with its mission to nurture talent from the ground up.

Diverse athletes receive rigorous training and support to excel.

Selected student athletes from various centres are honed at the TSAF Sport Climbing Arena.

State-of-the-art facilities enable these athletes to practice bi-weekly.

Training centres in Dimna and Tumung also contribute to the grassroots pool.

Sport Climbing is a regular activity at MKP centres across several locations.

An impressive contingent of 71 athletes represented TSAF at the event.

They managed to secure a total of 23 medals.

This tally includes 7 Gold, 9 Silver, and 7 Bronze medals.

The championship featured competitions in Lead Climbing and Bouldering.

Categories spanned Sub-junior, Junior, and Open for both genders.

‘Masti Ki Paathshaala’ students train regularly at their centres.

TSAF’s Sport Climbing centres foster a grassroots pool of talent in the region.

The academy’s strategic focus on grassroots participation was evident at the Kolkata championship.
