Rajkumar Singh Visits Bagbera, Urges Diwali Celebrations, and Assists Locals
Former District Council Vice President Rajkumar Singh’s visit to Bagbera Colony marked by religious observances, community initiatives, and development promises.
JAMSHEDPUR – Rajkumar Singh, former Vice President of the East Singhbhum district council, made a notable visit to Bagbera Colony.
The visit began with a traditional worship ceremony at the Mai Darbar temple in the Durga Puja Ground of Bagbera Colony.
Singh also offered prayers at the Sun Temple in the Shaheed Maidan of Bagbera Colony, with local Panchayat representatives and residents participating.
He called for the celebration of Deepotsav on January 22 in every home in Baghbeda to mark the consecration ceremony of the Shri Ram Temple in Ayodhya.
At Mai Darbar, Singh was honored with a picture of Maa Durga, a chunari, and a flower bunch by the Mai Darbar Seva Sangh.
The Sun Temple saw local residents presenting him with flower bunches.
Responding to local requests, Singh committed to beautifying the Sun Temple area with paver blocks post-Kharwas.
Amidst the cold weather, he distributed blankets to the needy in Bagbera Colony, along with Panchayat representatives.
Singh also visited the residence of chain-snatching victim Nirmala Kumari, offering support and urging swift police action.
Emphasizing his familial bond with Bagbera, he expressed commitment to the community’s well-being and development.
He received an invitation to a forest feast in Dimna on January 21, 2024, from local officials, which he accepted, pledging his support.
The visit, attended by various community members and leaders, underscored Singh’s engagement and initiatives in Bagbera Colony.
