Jharkhand Congress Overhauls Spokesperson Roster, Names 17 Members

Jharkhand State Congress, under President Rajesh Thakur, appoints 17 new spokespersons, reflecting a strategic organizational reshuffle.

RANCHI – On Saturday, State Congress President Rajesh Thakur nominated 17 member spokespersons.

This nomination has been made after the approval of Avinash Pandey, member of the working committee of All India Congress Committee and in-charge of Jharkhand.

The 17 members who were made state spokespersons of Congress include Abha Sinha, Kamal Thakur, Niranjan Paswan, Shyamal Singh, Dr. Sanjay Singh, Jagdish Sahu, Shamsher Alam, Rajendra Das, Shantanu Mishra, Riazul Ansari, Sonal Shanti alias Rinku Tiwari, Khurshid Hasan Rumi, Zeba Khan, Dr. Birsa Oraon, Shakeel Ahmed Ansari, Kruttika Tripathi and Hrishikesh Singh.

In a significant organizational move, Jharkhand in-charge Avinash Pandey has been appointed as the in-charge of Uttar Pradesh.

Ghulam Ahmed Mir is now the new in-charge of Jharkhand.

Rajesh Thakur expressed his gratitude towards Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge for assigning the new responsibilities.

He commended Avinash Pandey’s contribution in strengthening Jharkhand Congress at the Panchayat level, which led to his new role in Uttar Pradesh.

The reshuffle is seen as a strategic move ahead of upcoming political challenges.
