Annual Christmas Carnivals at JBCN International Campuses Spread Joy and Community Spirit

JBCN International School’s annual Christmas carnivals across its campuses in Oshiwara, Parel, and Chembur foster community spirit and joy.

MUMBAI – JBCN International School’s campuses in Oshiwara, Parel, and Chembur recently celebrated their annual Christmas Carnivals, an initiative that has become a joyous tradition.

The Oshiwara campus, hosting its 2nd edition, dazzled with an amusement park theme, featuring games, stalls, eateries, and rides.

Platinum and gold sponsors like ZeroG Beds, VV Mansions, Nature Gate, and ICICI Bank contributed significantly to the Oshiwara event’s success.

IBDP Year 1 learners, along with the Learner Led Club, organized various activities, including a bake sale, with proceeds supporting CAS projects.

Rotary Sanskaardham Academy and Learning Space Foundation used the event to promote their causes in auditory and speech impairment and rural education upliftment, respectively.

Parel’s inaugural carnival, hosted with the Interact Club, offered an array of experiences including boat rides, bungee jumping, and a creative toy and book donation Christmas tree.

The Interact Club plans to donate collected items to the Hamara Foundation, while a part of the proceeds from stall bookings will support the Apni Shala Foundation.

Sponsors like The St. Regis Mumbai and Sofitel helped in making the Parel campus carnival a success.

Chembur’s carnival, Mistletoe, welcomed the wider community for the first time, featuring activities like DIY sushi making and live music, sponsored by brands like KC Roasters and Bombay Food Truck.

This edition was notable for empowering school support staff and showcasing the entrepreneurial skills of parents.

Mr. Kunal Dalal, Managing Director of JBCN Education, expressed his delight over the successful culmination of the carnivals, emphasizing their role in nurturing future Changemakers and supporting local businesses.

In essence, these carnivals not only offered festive fun but also reinforced JBCN’s commitment to community engagement and nurturing responsible global citizens.
