Sikh Community Unity Essential for Jharkhand’s Gurudwaras: Gurdeep Singh Pappu
Jharkhand Sikh Vikas Sabha President urges unity among Gurudwaras in Jharkhand to uphold community rights and image.
JAMSHEDPUR – Sardar Gurdeep Singh Pappu, Central President of the Jharkhand Sikh Vikas Sabha, has sounded an appeal for unity among all Gurudwaras in Jharkhand.
He expressed concern over attempts by some Sikhs in Patna to tarnish the image of the entire Sikh community for their personal gain.
Such divisive actions, according to Pappu, are detrimental to community unity.
He assured that any such conspiracies would be effectively addressed at government and judiciary levels.
Pappu urged influential community leaders like Sardar Bhagwan Singh, head of the Central Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee, Sardar Inderjit Singh of Ramgarh, Gurwinder Singh Sethi of Ranchi, and Seva Singh of Jharia, to step forward in this endeavor.
He stressed the need for all Gurudwaras to unite under one banner to uphold the rights of Jharkhand’s Sikh community.
Offering his full cooperation, Pappu reaffirmed the community’s share in the management committee of Takht Shri Harmandir Sahib Patna, the birthplace of Guru Gobind Singh Ji.
He stated that Guru Gobind Singh is the Guru of the Sikh Panth, and no one can deny this identity or the rights bestowed upon them.
