JAMSHEDPUR – The discovery of a body hanging from the window of an under-construction house behind Subhash School in Bagbera has created panic in the area. The deceased has been identified as Kalipad Pramanik, a resident of Chakdah, Nadia district in West Bengal, aged between 40 and 45 years.
Police reached the scene promptly after receiving information and retrieved the body. An Aadhaar card found in the man’s pocket helped identify him. Local residents gathered in large numbers to witness the scene, adding to the commotion.
According to witnesses, Pramanik was reportedly last seen near Tatanagar Railway Station before the incident. The sudden and mysterious circumstances of his death have caused widespread speculation in the neighborhood.
Law enforcement is investigating both suicide and homicide possibilities. However, police officials have refrained from commenting publicly while the inquiry is ongoing.
