Young Man Fatally Assaulted Over Old Dispute in Kadma Ram Nagar Jamshedpur

20-year-old Akash was seriously injured during an assault in Jamshedpur and later died due to a lack of immediate medical attention.

JAMSHEDPUR – A serious incident took place in the Ram Nagar area of Jamshedpur, where a young man, Akash, was assaulted and later died from his injuries.

The incident happened around 3 pm on Sunday, on Kali Mandir Road under the Kadma police station jurisdiction.

Two individuals, named by the relatives of the victim, are reported to have visited Akash’s house late in the night, where they attacked him, causing severe injuries.

Upon receiving news of the incident, Akash’s relatives rushed him to MGM hospital, soaked in blood.

Doctors at MGM then referred him to TMH, but the family lacked the necessary funds to get Akash admitted there.

They then attempted to take the critically injured Akash to RIMS in Ranchi, but he succumbed to his injuries during the journey.

Akash’s brother, Santosh, revealed that Akash had been in a prior dispute with two youths of the area, suggesting that the assault was linked to this old disagreement.

The police have initiated an investigation into the incident.
