JAMSHEDPUR – Jugsalai police arrested a youth carrying a country-made pistol and live ammunition near a cemetery in Garib Nawaz Colony on Monday night.
City SP Kumar Shivashish received intelligence around 9:10 PM. A youth was reportedly roaming the Jugsalai area on a scooter. He appeared to be planning some untoward incident.
