VHP Bajrang Dal State Convenor meets Jamshedpur SSP, demands fair investigation into Kadma Shashtri Nagar incident & VHP leader arrests.

Jamshedpur – Vishva Hindu Parishad (VHP) Bajrang Dal State Convenor Deepak Thakur arrived in Jamshedpur Tuesday to meet with Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Prabhat Kumar. He led a delegation to meet the SSP in relation to the recent Kadma Shashtri Nagar communal flare-up and the subsequent arrests of BJP and VHP leaders by the city police.

During the meeting, Thakur submitted a memorandum to SSP Kumar, urging a fair investigation into the matter.

Speaking to the media after the meeting, Thakur said that SSP Kumar has assured him of conducting a fair investigation and releasing any innocent individuals as soon as possible.

Alongside Deepak Thakur, several other VHP members were also present at the meeting. These included VHP Jamshedpur Mahanagar Secretary Chandrika Bhagat, Mahanagar Vice President Gopirao Manish Hindustani, and Durga Vahini Convenor for Jamshedpur Mahanagar. Family members of the arrested VHP workers were also part of the delegation.

The Kadma Shashtri Nagar incident has generated significant attention in recent weeks, with local and national media closely following the developments.

BJP and VHP leaders have been terming the arrest of their leaders as ‘politically motivated’ and have demanded their immediate release.
