Young Indians (Yi) Donates First Aid Kits, Stretchers to Jamshedpur Police for Highway Patrols

Jamshedpur: Young Indians (Yi) has generously donated 100 first aid boxes and stretchers to the district police in Jamshedpur.

These essential medical supplies will be utilized by police teams patrolling the National Highway, allowing them to provide immediate first aid to those injured in road accidents.

In a ceremony held at the conference hall of Bistupur Police Station, Yi members presented the 10 stretchers and medical kits to Senior Superintendent of Police, Prabhat Kumar.

The donated supplies are expected to save lives by allowing officers to quickly respond to and provide medical assistance in the event of an accident.

Prior to this donation, the police department had collaborated with Tata Steel to train all patrolling team members and police stations on how to effectively save the lives of people injured in road accidents.

With the aid of these first aid kits and stretchers provided by Yi, police patrolling the National Highway will now be better equipped to deliver lifesaving assistance to accident victims.

The police department has expressed gratitude to the Young Indians for their generous contribution and commitment to enhancing the safety and well-being of the local community.

The SSP Prabhat KUmar said that the donated supplies will enable the police to deliver timely first aid and potentially save lives, further demonstrating the power of collaboration between public and private organizations for the greater good.
