Hazaribagh SP Karthik S and 5 others injured in road accident in Ramgarh

3 bodyguards too injured, Karthik S had worked as City SP in Jamshedpur

Ranchi: The Hazaribagh SP Karthik S was injured in a road accident in Ramgarh on Monday. He is admitted to Medica Hospital in Ranchi.

According to information reaching here, his vehicle crashed while travelling on Ranchi-Hazaribagh 4-lane Road.

The accident took place near the crossing on the bypass 4-lane near Murram a little ahead of Patel Chowk in Ramgarh.

According to information reaching here, a Scooty-borne person suddenly came in front of the SP’s Innova car. Innova hit the Scooty and then dashed against a trailer from behind.

In the collision, six persons including 3 bodyguards of the SP were injured. The SP was going from Hazaribagh to Ranchi.

Apart from the SP himself, three of his bodyguards were also injured in the accident. On the other hand, the couple and two children riding the Scooty were also injured.

Soon after receiving information about the accident, the Ramgarh SP Prabhat Kumar rushed to the site and enquired about the incident from Hazaribagh SP.
