Collection for Ram Mandir construction launched in Jamshedpur
Jamshedpur: Donation collection drive for construction of Shri Ram Mandir in Ayodhya was formally launched in Jamshedpur with a puja in Ranking Mandir in Kadma.
A special puja was carried out at Rankini Mandir and the collection drive was launched.
The collection drive would continue for the next 44 days and all the money collected through the drive would be sent to Ayodhya for use in construction of Ram Mandir.
Janardan Pandey, VHP leader and a member of Ram Mandir Nirman Abhiyan Samity, said that more than Rs. 1 lakh was collected from Bistupur area. One person donated Rs. 51 thousand, while others too chipped in with different amounts.
He expressed hope that the citizens of Jamshedpur would make the most of this chance to contribute in the construction of grand Ram Mandir in Ayodhya.
