Garuda Stambh Installation and Shivling Reinstallation Set for February Celebrations

JAMSHEDPUR – The Surya Mandir Samiti in Sidhgora has decided to celebrate the sixth anniversary of the Shri Ram Mandir establishment with grand religious ceremonies and the installation of a Garuda Stambh in late February.

The committee convened a crucial meeting on Wednesday. Bhupendra Singh chaired the session at Suryadham premises. Former Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das attended as chief patron.

The gathering decided to mark the temple’s anniversary. Moreover, plans include installing a massive Garuda pillar. Additionally, the Shivling will be reinstalled ceremonially.

Committee president Bhupendra Singh announced the detailed schedule. The three-day religious ceremonies begin February 25. However, they will continue through February 27.

The Garuda Stambh installation happens during these three days. Meanwhile, the Shivling reinstallation occurs simultaneously. Furthermore, a Deepotsav takes place February 27 at 5 pm.

On February 28, Sunderkand recitation is scheduled. In addition, a grand Mahabhandara follows at 7 pm. The temple committee expects thousands of devotees.

Various sub-committees were formed for smooth execution. Dinesh Kumar leads the procession committee. On the other hand, Khemhlal Chaudhary assists him. Besides, Shailesh Gupta also serves this committee.

Pawan Agarwal heads the Mahaprasad arrangements committee. Moreover, Dinesh Kumar serves dual roles here. Tuntun Singh and Bunty Agarwal complete this team.

Rakesh Singh manages banners and city decoration. In contrast, Amarjit Singh Raja handles similar responsibilities. Additionally, Tejendra Singh Johnny and Narayan Poddar assist.

The Shivling consecration team includes Kamlesh Singh. Bhupendra Singh also oversees this sacred task. Furthermore, Shashikant completes this important committee.

Boltu Sarkar controls all traffic management arrangements. Meanwhile, Sushanto Panda manages sound and lighting. Shashikant Singh assists with tent arrangements.

The meeting decided on personal invitations strategy. Committee members will visit devotees at homes. Moreover, they will invite people from their areas.
