The voting window operates from 9 AM to 5 PM. Election staff, police personnel, and home guards are voting currently. Essential service workers are also using this facility. Moreover, various other categories of voters on election duty participate.

Officials from the ballot office provided the detailed schedule. Government officials and employees will vote from October 30-31. They will also cast ballots on November 3-4. The process continues from November 6-8 for this group.

Drivers, conductors, and videographers follow the same timeline. Meanwhile, essential service providers vote from November 5-11. Election officials deputed to Ghatshila’s ballot office vote from November 8-10.

Home voting arrangements have been made for specific voters. Senior citizens aged 85 and above are eligible. Additionally, voters with at least 40 percent disability qualify.

The first phase of home voting runs from November 2-7. The second phase is scheduled for November 9-10. Election staff will visit voters’ residences directly. They will facilitate the postal ballot voting process there.

The facilitation center maintains strict security protocols. All voting procedures follow Election Commission guidelines. Furthermore, proper documentation is maintained for each voter.
