JAMSHEDPUR – Steel City Construction Pvt. Ltd. has begun building the Steel City Pride apartment complex opposite Ganga Memorial Hospital in Aastha Space Town, Mango.

According to company director Updesh Singh Chawla, the project will cover about 55 decimals and feature a ground-plus-eight-floor structure with 48 residential flats and commercial space on the ground floor.

The apartments will include 1,116 sq ft two-bedroom units and 1,550 sq ft three-bedroom units, all equipped with modern facilities. The company claims the building will be a milestone in quality housing, using only high-grade red bricks and premium materials.

The design includes ample parking, a water harvesting system, and an eco-friendly open layout with tree planting around the premises.

The bhoomi pujan ceremony for the project was held on Saturday, attended by local dignitaries.
