Saināth Devasthānam Celebrates Guru Purnima with Day-long Rituals
Ghodabandha Temple Hosts Traditional Ceremonies from Dawn to Night

JAMSHEDPUR – Shri Sainath Devasthanam temple in Ghodabandha organized elaborate Guru Purnima celebrations featuring traditional rituals and community participation throughout the day.
The sacred festival commenced at 5:30 AM with Kakad Aarti. Acharya Pandit Nanpand Lal Mishra and Pandit Sujit Kumar Pathak conducted the main rituals. Yajman Sourav Singh and Anjali Singh attended the ceremonies.
However, the temple witnessed continuous worship activities until 10 PM. The schedule included fruit juice abhishek at 7 AM. Moreover, Guru Purnima puja and havan continued from 7:30 AM to 12 PM.
Madhyan Aarti took place at noon. Subsequently, Mahaprasad was served at 1 PM. Devotees from various city areas participated in the community feast.
The palanquin procession started at 3 PM from temple premises. Meanwhile, evening prayers began at 6:30 PM with Dhoop Aarti. The devotional singing session commenced at 7 PM.
Shri Sainath Devasthanam Satsang Samiti artists performed bhajans. On the other hand, devotees enjoyed the musical evening until late night. The celebration concluded with Shej Aarti.
Several prominent city residents visited for darshan. Additionally, the organizing committee included Chairman Rajiv Kumar and trustees Anoop Ranjan, Nutan Kumari.
Furthermore, Rashmi Narayan, Durga Ghosh, Shiv Prasad Shah contributed significantly. Besides, Anju Shah, Kumud Singh, Bijay Kumar Singh supported the event. Other key organizers included Uday Bhaskar, Chandrasekhar Singh, Satish Kumar Singh.
In addition, Ashok Kumar Singh, Rina Singh participated actively. All organization members played crucial roles in the successful celebration.
