SERAIKELA – A 55-year-old man died in a hit-and-run incident at Industrial Area Phase-7 in Adityapur on Tuesday night.

Local residents discovered the body on Wednesday morning. They immediately informed the Adityapur police about the incident.

The deceased has been identified as Fulchand Mahato from Bangurda village. He resided under Kamalpur police station area.

Investigation Underway

The police have initiated an investigation into the accident. They are questioning local residents and workers in the area.

Moreover, authorities are reviewing CCTV footage from nearby establishments. This might help identify the vehicle involved in the accident.
