District Workshop for Nipun Bharat Mission FLN Program Hosted at Loyola School
Teacher training for language skills enhancement under Nipun Bharat Mission FLN program. Feedback-driven workshop held in Jamshedpur.
JAMSHEDPUR – A district-level workshop was organized under the Nipun Bharat Mission FLN (Foundational Learning and Numeracy) program at Loyola School Auditorium, Bistupur, Jamshedpur, with the presence of the Deputy Commissioner of the district.
The initiative under the Nipun Bharat Mission has set a target to enhance children’s language skills as they transition from Bal Vatika to higher classes. To achieve this, teachers’ training was conducted at the district level. The program ran for 90 days across the district.
The workshop organized today at Loyola School was aimed at gathering feedback on the program. The session focused on identifying areas of concern such as resource limitations and the non-availability of textbooks.
The prime objective was to ascertain ways to stimulate children’s intellectual development using images and games and to make learning more engaging and appealing for them.
The aim is to foster an interest in learning so that the child can perform better in future classes.
The gathered feedback is intended to address these aspects.
