MEDININAGAR – Christians across Palamu district celebrated Christmas with traditional fervor as churches witnessed large gatherings of visitors, especially young people.

The Queen of Peace Church on Station Road saw a festive atmosphere throughout Wednesday. Moreover, the church premises transformed into a fair-like setting.

“The beautifully decorated nativity scene attracted continuous crowds,” a church official said. Additionally, many lit candles before Mother Mary’s statue.

Citywide Celebrations

Christian families created nativity scenes in their homes. “We pray for peace and prosperity through these celebrations,” a local resident shared.

Meanwhile, the Union Church and Redma CNI Church also drew visitors. Furthermore, their nativity displays remained crowded until late evening.
