RANCHI – Hemant Soren commenced his second consecutive term as Jharkhand’s Chief Minister amid strong opposition support.

The swearing-in ceremony drew massive crowds to Morabadi Ground.

Meanwhile, Governor Santosh Gangwar administered the oath of office.

The event showcased impressive opposition unity.

Moreover, Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge graced the occasion.

Several chief ministers attended the ceremony.

Among them were Mamata Banerjee and Arvind Kejriwal.

Furthermore, Rahul Gandhi demonstrated his support through his presence.

The ceremony highlighted INDI Alliance’s growing strength.

However, Soren was the only one to take oath.

"This marks a new chapter for Jharkhand," remarked a senior political analyst.

Besides, Soren’s first term saw implementation of several welfare schemes.

His previous tenure focused on tribal development initiatives.

The state witnessed significant industrial growth during 2019-2024.

Additionally, Jharkhand’s mining sector saw major policy reforms.

On the other hand, infrastructure development remained a key priority.
