JAMSHEDPUR – JMM candidates Mangal Kalindi and Sanjib Sardar filed their nominations for the Jugsalai and Potka assembly seats for the upcoming elections.

Mangal Kalindi and Sanjib Sardar, both Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) candidates, officially submitted their nominations to contest from the Jugsalai and Potka assembly constituencies.

This will be the second election for both candidates, who secured victories in the 2019 elections.

Accompanied by a large group of supporters carrying party flags and playing drums, the two candidates arrived at their respective nomination venues.

The candidates were also joined by local district council members and panchayat leaders from their constituencies, showing a strong presence of party solidarity.

After filing his nomination, Sanjib Sardar, the JMM candidate for Potka, expressed confidence in the upcoming elections.

He dismissed concerns over competition from rival candidate Mira Munda, stating, "Anyone can join the race, but we’ve worked for the past five years, and the people stand with us."

Sardar also highlighted the development work done in the area and expressed his optimism, saying, "This time we don’t need banners or posters, we are fully relying on public support."
