JAMSHEDPUR – Tata Steel is set to unveil the renovated Handball Training Centre and a newly developed futsal facility at the JRD Tata Sports Complex in Jamshedpur.

The inauguration ceremony will take place on December 23, 2024, from 3:30 PM to 4:15 PM.

Chanakya Chaudhary, Vice President, Corporate Services at Tata Steel, will attend the event as the chief guest.

The development marks a significant upgrade in sports infrastructure, aimed at encouraging sporting talent in the region.

Facilities to Foster Sports Growth

The renovated handball training centre will feature improved infrastructure and modernized facilities to support handball players.

Alongside, the new futsal facility will provide a platform for young football enthusiasts to engage in small-sided games, which are growing in popularity.
