Expert snake-catcher, Chandan Pathak, swoops in to safely capture and relocate an 8-foot python found at Amar Jyoti School, Jamshedpur.
JAMSHEDPUR – When Chandan Pathak, a proficient snake-catcher, received an urgent call from Amar Jyoti School on Wednesday, he was quick to respond.
The school staff had spotted a massive python lying near Mango Bridge within the premises.
The reptile, which had just consumed a prey, was reportedly resting and seemingly unfazed by the commotion it had caused.
The snake, measuring approximately 8 feet in length, was successfully captured by Pathak, who noted that it was merely dozing off post feeding.
Without further ado, he safely relocated the python to the nearby trees, ensuring minimal disturbance to its natural life.
The sighting and subsequent rescue operation brought a wave of excitement, tinged with a bit of fear, among the school community, but ended without any untoward incident.
