Job Fraud Allegation: Adityapur Man Accuses Kadma Firm of Scam
Adityapur resident Shubham Kumar reports alleged job fraud by Kadma firm MP Solution, leaving him out of pocket and jobless.
JAMSHEDPUR – In a serious claim of job fraud, Shubham Kumar, a resident of Adityapur, has lodged a written complaint at the Kadma police station.
Shubham accused M Pandey, the owner of Kadma Ulyan’s MP Solution, of deceptive practices.
He alleges that M Pandey lures unsuspecting job seekers with lucrative employment opportunities, only to dupe them out of significant amounts of money.
Upon learning of the allegations, M Pandey reportedly absconded, leaving Shubham without a job or the funds he had paid.
Shubham’s attorney, Deepa Singh, explained that he graduated with a BSC in 2019 and began looking for work online.
During this time, he received a call from M Pandey offering him a job at India Bulls Finance Company in Bistupur for a fee of Rs 50,000.
Shubham worked there for 1.5 years until the company’s closure, after which he moved to Hyderabad in search of new opportunities.
However, due to his parents’ illness, he returned to Jamshedpur and resumed his job search.
At this point, M Pandey contacted Shubham again, this time promising a job at Tata BlueScope for Rs 80,000.
Shubham, believing M Pandey due to her prior successful placement, handed over the funds.
However, when the promised job fell through, Shubham requested a refund.
Initially, M Pandey resisted but later gave him three cheques—one for Rs. 80,000 and two for Rs. 20,000 each.
All the cheques bounced, and M Pandey allegedly threatened Shubham when he asked for his money back.
Deepa Singh, Shubham’s lawyer, further reported that MP Solution’s business location had been closed down.
