JAMSHEDPUR – Nicco Jubilee Park employees secure a Rs 22,000 bonus following successful negotiations between management and the workers’ union.

The agreement marks an increase from last year’s Rs 20,000 bonus.

Moreover, the deal was finalized after discussions between union and management representatives.

Union President Rakeshwar Pandey met with Management Director In-Charge Rahul Mitra from Kolkata.

Additionally, Pandey emphasized the importance of upholding the Tata culture in decision-making.

He urged management to prioritize employee welfare.

Furthermore, Pandey encouraged staff to consistently fulfil their responsibilities.

The bonus agreement was signed by key representatives from both parties.

Executive President BK Dinda participated in the signing process.

Meanwhile, General Secretary Praveen Patar also endorsed the agreement.
