JAMSHEDPUR – BJP leader Dinesh Kumar visited Pipeline Road in Birsanagar Zone No. 3A on Sunday to address the longstanding sewerage leakage issue plaguing local residents.
The sewage overflow near Hanuman Temple has created unsanitary conditions and health risks for over a year.
Residents claim their numerous complaints to MLA Saryu Roy’s office have gone unheeded, leaving them feeling neglected.
Dinesh Kumar criticized MLA Saryu Roy for his alleged inaction, calling it a "glaring example of negligence and insensitivity."
The BJP leader assured residents that his party would work towards resolving the issue promptly.
Kumar contacted officials of the concerned corporate house, urging immediate action for a permanent solution.
The sewage flooding on Pipeline Road has led to foul odors and serious health concerns for the community.
BJP Mandal President Bablu Gope and General Secretary Naresh Prasad accompanied Kumar during the visit.
Other party members, including Tapas Karmakar, Anoop Pandey, and Jitendra Tiwari, were also present to show support.
The BJP’s intervention highlights the growing political tension over local infrastructure issues in Jamshedpur.
