Sanjeev Acharya Leads Delegation Demanding Immediate Action Against Unauthorized Buildings
A delegation led by Sanjeev Acharya, convenor of the All-Party People’s Unity Front, protested against illegal construction in Kadma and submitted a memorandum to the Deputy Commissioner.
JAMSHEDPUR – On Friday, under the leadership of Sanjeev Acharya, a delegation from the All-Party People’s Unity Front protested outside the Deputy Commissioner’s office against illegal overnight constructions in Kadma.
The delegation submitted a memorandum to the Deputy Commissioner, urging immediate action to halt the unauthorized construction.
According to the memorandum, a shed has been erected overnight near the Main Road roundabout in Kadma, adjacent to Health Minister Banna Gupta’s house, near the old food plaza.
The construction includes the creation of shops, houses, and offices, and the delegation demands its immediate cessation.
Sanjeev Acharya stated that this illegal construction is occurring right under the nose of the district administration.
Neither the Tata Steel management, land department, circle officer, sub-deputy commissioner, nor JNAC have been informed about this construction.
Acharya emphasized that the public strongly opposes this unauthorized construction and demands prompt action.
The delegation also requested the reopening of the three public roads near the closed D Flats in Kadma.
The protest highlights the need for strict enforcement of construction regulations and the accountability of the authorities in preventing illegal activities.
