JMM leader’s release sparks celebrations, boosts party morale
Former Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren’s bail ignites political optimism within JMM, with supporters hailing the court’s decision as justice for the state’s population.
RANCHI – Former Jharkhand Chief Minister and Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) Executive President Hemant Soren has been granted permanent bail by the Jharkhand High Court, prompting celebrations among party members and supporters.
Baharagora MLA Samir Mohanty visited Soren’s residence in Ranchi to congratulate him, presenting a bouquet and expressing well-wishes.
Speaking to the media, Mohanty declared, "Truth has prevailed. The Supreme Court has delivered justice to the four crore people of Jharkhand."
Mohanty accused political opponents of conspiring to imprison Soren on false charges. "The immense love and support of the people, along with divine blessings, have brought Hemant Soren back among us," he stated.
The MLA expressed confidence in JMM’s prospects for the upcoming assembly elections, predicting Soren would lead the state again. He praised Chief Minister Champai Soren’s leadership and highlighted Kalpana Soren’s emergence as a "new ray of hope" in politics.
"Under their collective leadership, JMM will form the government with a clear majority in the next assembly elections," Mohanty asserted.
This development marks a significant turnaround for the JMM, reinvigorating the party’s political fortunes after a period of uncertainty.
Soren’s release is likely to galvanize the party’s base and reshape the political landscape in Jharkhand as election preparations intensify.
