Speaking at a meeting in Chhaya Nagar, Mishra called for the immediate removal of Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan.
He urged for a CBI investigation into the entire paper leak scandal.
Mishra accused political parties of using youth merely as a vote bank by lowering voting age limits.
