District Authorities Emphasize Peace and Harmony

Officials encourage community support for a peaceful Eid-ul-Azha, stressing cleanliness and vigilance against social media misinformation.

JAMSHEDPUR – In preparation for Eid-ul-Azha, a very important meeting took place at Ravindra Bhawan Auditorium. District Magistrate cum Deputy Commissioner Ananya Mittal and Senior Superintendent of Police Kishore Kaushal met with the Central Peace Committee to discuss the upcoming event.

The officials emphasized the importance of peacefully celebrating the festival and asked the community to work together to maintain law and order.

Addressing Community Issues

At the meeting, the members of the peace committee discussed various concerns including water supply, electricity, sanitation, and how to handle disruptive individuals.

Officials have assured that they will take prompt actions to address these issues.

"Our top priority is to maintain harmony during the celebrations, and we kindly request everyone’s support in achieving this," said Ananya Mittal.

Monitoring and Social Media

A group of individuals has been designated to keep an eye on social media activities in order to stop the dissemination of inaccurate information and unfounded rumors.

The authorities have given instructions to the municipal authorities to ensure cleanliness in all urban areas.

The water department will make sure that there is always a reliable supply of water, while the electricity department is in charge of making sure that there are no interruptions in power and that street lighting is promptly repaired.

Deputy Development Commissioner Manish Kumar, City SP Mukesh Lunayat, Rural SP Rishabh Garg, ADM Law and Order Anant Kumar, Additional Deputy Commissioner Rohit Sinha, and other officials gathered together to discuss and make final decisions on the safety arrangements.
