PM Modi Slams JMM-Congress Alliance in Dumka Rally for Corruption in Jharkhand

Modi Accuses JMM-Congress of Corruption and Promoting Divisive Politics at Dumka Rally

Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed a rally in Dumka, Jharkhand, on Tuesday, accusing the JMM-Congress alliance of widespread corruption and looting the state.

DUMKA –
During a rally in Dumka, Jharkhand, Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed his strong disapproval of the JMM-Congress alliance, highlighting the issues of corruption and mismanagement that have plagued the state.

According to him, Jharkhand has unfortunately gained a reputation for financial misconduct, overshadowing its once-celebrated natural beauty.

Modi highlighted the recent discovery of Rs 35 crore in cash from an associate of a Jharkhand minister, emphasizing the widespread corruption.

He expressed his disapproval of the alliance, pointing out that their priorities seemed to be more centered around personal gains rather than the overall development of the state.

Modi also criticized the INDI Alliance, claiming that they promote politics that create divisions and go against the nation’s interests.

In his argument, he pointed out that their strategy revolves around taking advantage of communal tensions, catering to specific groups, and backing separatist elements.

Modi highlighted his stance against reservations based on religion, stating that these policies can negatively impact the rights of other marginalized groups such as OBCs, SCs, and STs.

"The INDI Alliance’s advocacy for reservations based on religion poses a risk to social harmony," he expressed.

Looking back on his administration’s accomplishments, Modi asserted that his government successfully tackled corruption and redirected public funds towards development.

"Prior to 2014, there was a significant prevalence of corruption and scams during the Congress rule." Today, he emphasized the importance of using public funds to benefit the people.

He emphasized the government’s efforts to support marginalized communities, expressing his personal dedication to their well-being based on his own humble background.

Modi highlighted the advancements in Santhal Pargana, crediting his administration’s aspirational districts scheme for the positive changes.

"Santhal Pargana is going through remarkable growth and development," he mentioned.

In addition, he expressed his vision for an advanced India (Viksit Bharat) and appealed for the public’s support in sustaining the nation’s transformative journey.

The Prime Minister emphasized that he remains committed to fighting corruption and avoiding divisive politics.
