Inauguration of BJP’s Central Election Office Sees New Additions to Party Ranks

Former Zila Parshad Geeta Murmu, accompanied by around 200 supporters, has officially joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) at a significant event in Jamshedpur.

JAMSHEDPUR – The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) welcomed a new wave of members during the opening of its Central Election Office near Dahigora Hanuman Temple, marking a strategic moment ahead of upcoming elections.

The inauguration ceremony featured prominent local and party leaders, including Jamshedpur Lok Sabha MP, Bidyut Baran Mahato, who highlighted the critical role of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership in continuing India’s development path.

Former Zila Parshad Geeta Murmu publicly declared her switch to the BJP, citing her admiration for the Prime Minister’s governance and the nation’s progress under his administration.

The event was chaired by BJP District President Chandi Charan Sao, with numerous key figures such as Dr. Sunita Devdoot Soren, Devyani Murmu, and former MLA Laxman Tudu in attendance, reflecting the party’s robust local support structure.

The addition of Murmu and her followers is seen as a significant endorsement of the BJP’s policies and leadership, potentially influencing local dynamics as the party gears up for more electoral contests.

This influx of new members into the BJP underscores the ongoing shifts in local political affiliations and the party’s strengthening position in the region.
