Two apprehended for stealing phones in Bistupur market

Two suspects caught stealing mobile phones in Bistupur market are now in police custody, with investigations ongoing.

JAMSHEDPUR – Two suspects caught in the act of stealing mobile phones in the bustling Bistupur market are now under police custody, with further inquiries underway.

The individuals, identified as Dhiraj Sahu, also known as S Kumar, from Baldev Basti under Jugsalai police station area, and R Ram, or Lala, were apprehended by alert citizens.

They were attempting to steal mobile phones when they were caught.

Following a complaint lodged on April 4 regarding mobile theft, police acted swiftly.

Two stolen mobile phones were retrieved from the possession of the suspects.

Both individuals are being held for further investigation into the theft incident.
