JAMSHEDPUR – More than 150 students from the BBA, MBA, and B.Com faculties participated in the tour, which was led by Dr. Pooja Prasad, Head of the Department of Management, and Dr. Rakesh Kumar, Head of the Department of Commerce.

During the tour, students visited various geographical sites in Chandigarh, Shimla, Kufri, Solang Valley, and Kullu-Manali, among other places.

They also had the opportunity to immerse themselves in the local culture and participate in adventure sports activities such as paragliding, jeep-line, and rock climbing at the adventure camp.

Dr. Pooja Prasad, while discussing the educational tour program, emphasized the importance of such experiences in providing students with a holistic understanding of their country and its diverse aspects.

"Such trips provide an opportunity to the students to learn something new by living in real life situations beyond their academic preparation," said Nagendra Singh, University Registrar, as he thanked the faculty members for organizing the tour and praised the students for their disciplined behavior.

Faculty members Abhishek, P Shivanand, Moushumi Ravani, Vinay Singh, and others played a crucial role in making the event a success.

The educational tour not only offered students a chance to explore new places but also allowed them to bond with their peers and faculty members outside the classroom setting.
