JAMSHEDPUR – Akhilesh Jha, upon his first visit to Jamshedpur as the Inspector General (IG) of the Chhotanagpur range, was accorded a guard of honor at the SSP office premises.

The ceremony saw the presence of Kolhan’s DIG Ajay Linda, SSP Kishore Kaushal, City SP Mukesh Lunayat, Rural SP Rishabh Garg, among other officers, all of whom extended a warm welcome with a bouquet of flowers.

Following the ceremonial welcome, IG Jha convened a meeting with the DIG, SSP, and other officers to deliberate on law and order issues within the region.

The meeting focused on reviewing the existing law enforcement systems and formulating strategies to curb crime and enhance the overall law and order situation.
