JAMSHEDPUR – Police arrested two accused and recovered a weapon after a violent attack in Golmuri.

Police acted quickly after the April 1 attack in Bajrangnagar. Two key suspects were arrested and jailed.

Meanwhile, the arrested include Prakash Singh and Sunny Chaudhary. They are related to injured Akash Singh.

Police also seized a sharp weapon used in the attack. The weapon is locally known as a chopper.

However, both sides filed separate cases at Golmuri police station. The dispute reportedly involved old enmity.

On one hand, Balwinder Singh filed a complaint for Akash Singh. He named Sunny, Suraj, and Santosh Chaudhary.

Moreover, the complaint included several unidentified individuals in the attack case. Charges include attempt to murder.

On the other hand, Prakash Singh filed a counter complaint. He accused Rahul Kela and others of assault.

Meanwhile, police confirmed both FIRs are under investigation. Officers are verifying statements from both sides.

However, Akash Singh suffered serious injuries in the clash. He is currently undergoing treatment at TMH.

Moreover, such disputes often arise from long-standing personal conflicts. Police continue to examine the cause carefully.

The incident has raised concerns in Jamshedpur. Authorities are maintaining close monitoring of the area.
