Swami Vivekananda’s 161st Birth Anniversary Celebrated with Vital Messages to Youth
Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya marked Swami Vivekananda’s 161st birth anniversary with a special event at CP Samiti Middle School, Cable Basti. The celebration included enlightening talks and a yoga session, encouraging the youth to follow Vivekananda’s teachings and lead a healthy, value-driven life.
JAMSHEDPUR – The celebration of Swami Vivekananda’s birth anniversary at CP Samiti Middle School in Cable Basti was led by Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya, Uttarakhand.
Diverse personalities including Sangeeta Srivastava, Trilochan Kaur, and others attended the event.
Speakers like Parmanand Kaushal and Amit Kumar Singh, who also conducted the program, addressed the gathering.
During the celebration, Dinesh Kumar, the school president, spoke about Swami Vivekananda’s influence on Indian culture and the importance of his teachings for today’s youth.
He stressed the need for young people to avoid negative influences and follow a path of virtue and wisdom.
The event began with a traditional lamp lighting and flower offering to symbolize the teachings of Swami Vivekananda.
Students from Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya, including Nikita Rawat, Priyanka Thapa, and others, played a significant role in the event.
They shared detailed insights into Swami Vivekananda’s life and urged the students to contribute positively to society.
Priyanka Thapa also demonstrated 12 Surya Namaskars, emphasizing the importance of incorporating yoga into daily routines.
This celebration not only commemorated Swami Vivekananda’s legacy but also focused on instilling his values in the youth, guiding them towards a healthier and more meaningful life.
