JAMSHEDPUR – In a novel twist to the traditional Holi festivities, Vivekananda International School celebrated the festival of colors on Thursday, March 21, with a unique approach that brought together teachers, staff, and members of different communities.
Under the guidance of Principal Dr. Nidhi Srivastava, the school community chose to use petals of assorted flowers, including roses, as a symbol of peace and harmony.
The event, emphasizing the universal joy of Holi, was further enriched by the presence of Mukhtar Alam Khan, Secretary of the Azad Nagar Peace Committee, who extended warm wishes for goodwill and unity.
The celebration also saw participation from noted community members Syed Asif Akhtar, Mohammad Moinuddin Ansari, Syed Manzar Amin, Anil Kumar, and others, highlighting the inclusive spirit of the festival.
