JAMSHEDPUR – The Tata Workers Union is in full swing preparing for its upcoming elections, led by President Sanjeev Chaudhary and General Secretary Satish Singh.
Sanjeev Chaudhary, the union’s President, expressed confidence in the current executive team’s return, citing their commendable work over the past three years.
A crucial meeting took place at Chamaria Guest House, presided over by President Chaudhary.
The meeting’s focus was on ensuring a smooth and decision-oriented approach towards the impending elections.
The union aims to conduct these elections in a clean, fair, and transparent manner, drawing on their past achievements.
In a significant move, all committee members from the company’s LD Forest Department have pledged support to the current leadership, including President Chaudhary, General Secretary Satish Singh, and Deputy President Shailesh Singh.
This decision was made in a meeting at the quarters of committee member Joginder Singh Jogi in Sakchi, led by JDC LD One Amarnath Thakur.
The meeting was attended by influential committee members who unanimously agreed to back the current leadership.
With the elections of the Tata Workers Union, Tata Steel’s authorized union, around the corner, intensive preparations are underway.
A key meeting is scheduled for January 11 to discuss election strategies and garner committee member support.
The executive team, emboldened by their past performance, is gearing up to approach the workforce for support in the forthcoming elections.
President Chaudhary’s optimism about the executive team’s return reflects the confidence and commitment within the union’s leadership.
