Following the Union Constitution, election notifications are generally issued two months prior to the end of the current committee’s tenure.

The last election for the Tata Workers Union was conducted on January 31, 2021, with the certification process finalized in February.

The upcoming elections are crucial, involving the selection of 214 committee members and 11 office bearers.
