Seraikela Deputy Commissioner conducts Janata Darbar to resolve district-level problems, promising action on various citizen complaints.
SERAIKELA – In a significant step towards addressing public grievances, Deputy Commissioner Shri Ravi Shankar Shukla conducted the Janata Darbar at the Collectorate office.
The event saw citizens from various parts of the district presenting their personal and social issues to the Deputy Commissioner.
Shukla meticulously heard each concern, ranging from land disputes to queries about government schemes like the Kisan Credit Card and PM Kisan.
Notably, cases involving the Chief Minister Medical Assistance Scheme and issues with JARDCL’s worker policies were brought to attention.
The Deputy Commissioner directed relevant departmental officers to resolve these issues in accordance with the rules.
Assurances were given that all received complaints would undergo thorough investigation and necessary actions.
