Jamshedpur decked up and ready to welcome 76th Independence Day in style

Jamshedpur: The city is all ready to welcome the 76th Independence day in a grand style. While, most of the houses in the city are flying tricolor responding to the Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s appeal, prabhat pheris and tiranga yatras were taken out by the communities in different residential societies, flats and bustee areas.

The busiest and dandiest areas of the city too have been decked up as on the occasion of the 76th Independence Day.

The whole country is celebrating the Amrit Mahotsav of independence on the 75th anniversary of the big day for the country.

On the other hand, the city is also not far behind in getting imbued with the spirit of independence.

And the country’s leading steel city too cannot afford to stay behind. The steel city of Jamshedpur has been decorated like a bride. Tata Steel and other companies have taken a lead in ensuring that the city remains all decked up for the occasion.

The message of 75 years of independence is being given through electrical lighting and decoration at all the major squares and intersections of the entire city.

Although every year it has been a convention for the companies to light up the city on the birth anniversary of J N Tata, this time on the occasion of Amrit Mahotsav of freedom, the city has been suitably decked up with lighting and decorations.

The whole city is drenched in the celebratory hue of independence.
