Dhananjay Takes Over As New District Transport Officer of East Singhbhum

The East Singhbhum District Transport Office witnessed a change in leadership as Mr. Dhananjay (JAS) took over from the outgoing officer Mr. Dinesh Ranjan (JAS).

JAMSHEDPUR – Mr. Dhananjay (JAS) assumed the role of the District Transport Officer of East Singhbhum district, taking the baton from the outgoing officer Mr. Dinesh Ranjan (JAS).

Mr. Dinesh Ranjan, who had served as the District Transport Officer since 08.08.2018, had a tenure of about 5 years.

Expressing his sentiments, Ranjan said that working in East Singhbhum district as an Administrative Officer was a memorable and learning experience.

He expressed gratitude to all the senior office bearers, workers, and other office bearers for their support during his term, and for aiding him in carrying out his responsibilities effectively.

Under Ranjan’s leadership, the District Transport Office exceeded 100% revenue collection targets every year.

The office collected Rs. 160 crores against a target of Rs. 165 crores in 2019, Rs. 184 crores against a target of Rs. 192 crores in 2020, Rs. 194 crores against a target of Rs. 204 crores in 2021, and Rs. 206 crores against a target of Rs. 212 crores in 2022.
