Accident at Tata Motors Jamshedpur Facility: Two Employees Injured

An accident at the Tata Motors plant in Jamshedpur results in two employees sustaining injuries, with both receiving immediate medical attention at Tata Motors Hospital.

JAMSHEDPUR – A tragic incident unfolded at the Tata Motors facility in Jamshedpur, resulting in injuries to two individuals.

The mishap transpired in the plant’s last part, where Tata Motors vehicles are assembled, involving two employees from Tata Motors‘ ERC division.

The duo, identified as Arun Kumar Singh and Anil Kumar, were at the time stationed at the company’s headquarters.

They were conducting tests on a ready chassis, a routine procedure in the production process. However, a sudden brake failure brought the tests to a jolting halt.

Immediately following the accident, both individuals were rushed to Tata Motors Hospital. Anil Kumar was placed in the intensive care unit, where he was soon joined by Arun Kumar Singh.

In terms of their positions within the company, Arun serves as a manager, while Anil is an employee. Both sustained serious injuries, including trauma to the brain.

Upon arrival at the hospital, their families were promptly informed of the incident. They continue to receive necessary treatment for their injuries at Tata Motors Hospital.
