JAMSHEDPUR – 225 more By-six employees of Tata Motors are all set to be regularized as per the agreement reached between the management and the union. The medical tests will begin on April 5th for the same.

Out of the total 2,700 employees to be regularized, 225 were already regularized in the first phase, and now, another 225 are set to be regularized in the second phase.

The selected employees have been called for medical tests, which will be conducted throughout April on the 5th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 12th, 15th, 16th, 17th, 18th, 19th, 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 25th, 26th, 29th, and 30th.

The medical tests will continue in May, from the 2nd to the 9th.

As per the agreement, a total of 2,700 posts are to be made permanent, with 900 employees being regularized every year and 225 every three months.

The list of employees to be regularized will be released every quarter.

The selected employees have been asked to report to the company’s Central Employment Bureau a day before their scheduled medical test and submit the required documents.

The management has instructed the temporary employees to submit five passport photographs with a red background, along with photocopies of their PAN Card, Bank Passbook, HAN Service List, UAN Passbook, and e-Aadhaar Card (downloaded within the last date), as well as all educational certificates.

Employees must report on their scheduled date, and failure to do so will be considered as an unwillingness to report for regularization.

The regularization process is a significant step towards providing job security and benefits to the Bi-Six employees who have been working with Tata Motors on a temporary basis.

The phased approach ensures a smooth transition and allows the company to manage the process effectively.
